The remarkable office tower of Rijkswaterstaat in Arnhem, the Netherlands, has been transformed into a modern and hiqh quality appartment building for students.
With a transformation as such the requirements for a building change both for thermal as well as acoustic performances. The contractor not only used both the Knauf and Knauf Insulation materials to fill in the requirements, but also used an integral BIM approach. By using BIM throughout the project the building time was reduced as well as the risk of mistakes. Partners were able to collaborate smoothly and efficient at all times.
