After closing of the transaction, the plant, based in Târnăveni, Mureș County, will be upgraded to Knauf Insulation’s manufacturing standards. Knauf Insulation produces innovative Glass Mineral Wool with ECOSE Technology® and composed of up to 80% recycled glass.
