What do you see as your greatest achievement at Knauf Insulation and why?

Being part of the team that successfully led to approval for the construction of the €120 million manufacturing facility in Malaysia which will provide certainty and a secure market position for Knauf Insulation in Asia Pacific.

Which leadership quote resonates with you and why?

“Don’t compare yourself with other people, compare yourself with who you were yesterday.”
This quote really resonates with me as it can truly apply to anybody at any stage in their life. It is a pointless, and in many cases counterproductive, exercise to compare yourself with other people. Everybody is going through different challenges in their lives and are at different stages of development and progression in their own journey. If you can strive to improve yourself in any small way from yesterday, you will always be heading in the right direction.
