Introduction of position
Purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Legal department.
Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
For this position, the candidate will directly report to the General Legal Counsel, based in Mt- St. Guibert (Brussels Area).
Key Responsibilities
He/she will be primarily responsible for administrative matters due in a legal department:
- travel organization
- administrative work on the contract management system
- any secretarial matters: correspondence, organizing meetings and conferences, filing, telephone
- assisting the legal department with organization of its internal coordination
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should:
- Have approximately 2-3 years of appropriate work experience
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be fluent in English and in French/Dutch.Any additional language is an advantage in our international environment
- Have the ability for typewriting
- Be experienced with MS Office, especially Excel, WORD and Power Point
